Upload

This script will take the named file number and loads the contents into the table DOH_Load tables in the database

STEPS :

1. Go to the DOH site and open the latest file in Excel.
2. Choose "save as" and save to as a "csv" (comma separated values) file (e.g. DOH-20180521.csv).
3. Use the file upload button to locate the saved CSV file and upload it.
4. Wait for the script to finish - it takes at least 5 minutes!
5. If anything looks vaguely funny, get hold of Marc quickly... Probably need to restore the last backup, so don't do any more work!
